Josep M. Badia Aparicio
With a background in Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering, I design and maintain data management frameworks: data flow automation (Powershell), processing (R programming language), storage and backup (NAS) and server deployment in the cloud (AWS Elastic Computing (EC2) services). I am currently pursuing a PhD in analytical processing tools for tandem mass spectrometry. Muhammad Faizan Khan, from Pakistan, has done a Master's in Computer Science from GIKI. His thesis title was "Fixed-Point optimization of fully convolutional networks". Maria Llambrich
Graduate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology now I am a PhD Student involved in metabolomics. My research is focused on advanced metabolomics applied to colorectal cancer. I am involved in gas-chromatography/mass spectrometry for volatile compounds following her interests in clinical metabolomics and in the developing of new computation methods for data analysis.
