Gerard Baquer
MSc in Biomedical Electronics. I develop software tools to process Mass Spectrometry Imaging data. My main research interests are peak annotation (i.e. matrix-related signals, in-source fragments) and the registration of MSI to other imaging modalities (i.e. Vibrational Spectroscopy Imaging, H&E histopathology, MRI). Line of research: Imaging | ORCiD: 0000-0002-4433-4972gerard.baquer(ELIMINAR)@urv.cat | 977 556 570 | Lab. 241 (E1, campus Sescelades) |
